Dr. Edward Dagher is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R, physiatry). He successfully completed full residency training in both Internal Medicine and PM&R, and achieved board certification in both specialties. This foundation allows him to consider a breadth of medical conditions, diagnoses and differentials in the analysis of litigated and forensic cases, and provides him with a unique perspective and a broad understanding of medical conditions and their implications in legal contexts.
With more than 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Dagher emphasizes an evidence-based approach in performing forensic medical record reviews, Rule 35 examinations, and independent medical evaluations (IME). Dr. Dagher’s other accolades include serving as medical expert witness, and in providing expert opinion and testimony in state and federal court.
Dr. Dagher is available to review cases in anticipation of litigation or in preparation for trial to provide assessments about injury, causation and damages to assist in reaching conclusions in a litigated case. And, where applicable, to evaluate conclusions of other medical experts.
Assisting attorneys to understand the medical aspects of a matter, nuances or technicalities in a case and to develop an informed litigation strategy is one of Dr. Dagher’s strengths.
